Refund and Returns Policy

At Plansuri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how you can return items and request refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Not damaged or altered in any way
Items such as opened baby clothing and accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you are unsure whether an item qualifies for a return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@plansuri.com or call (814) 238-0902 to inform us of your intent to return the item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
3. Refunds
After your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective products).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either offer a full refund, send a replacement, or provide a store credit. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Sale or Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are eligible for returns and refunds, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. However, returns on these items must be made within 14 days of purchase.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Baby clothing with tags removed or used
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items If any of the above items are returned, we reserve the right to reject the return and issue no refund.
